Cancellations that takes place prior to one week before the first day of camp will be fully refunded other than the service fee. If you must cancel within one week of the clinic, we will offer full credit to be used at a future camp or clinic. That credit does not expire and it can be transferred to another family member or teammate, etc.
Suffolk University reserves the right to postpone or cancel this camp/clinic due to circumstances beyond its control such as unsafe weather conditions. If the camp/clinic is postponed, the director of camp/clinic will communicate a new date or new location. If the camp/clinic is cancelled, the director of camp/clinic will issue a full refund.
